The South Heart Fire District has a 1983 Ford 9000 with a 5000 gallon tank for sale on bids. Sealed bids will be opened on April 8th. The top 10 bidders will be notified by phone and allowed to raise their bid by another sealed bid which will be opened on May 13 at which time the awarding bid will be accepted. The truck is to stay in possession of the SHFD until our new tanker is operational.
