Wallwork Truck Center Bismarck is hiring for a Truck Body Shop Manager!

Job Duties:

Responsible for the day to day operations of the entire body shop. Manage autobody staff of 5 employees with authority to hire, interview, train and terminate employees. Continually deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee financial records & adjust accordingly. Operations overview to make strategic adjustments and changes to staff habits to positively impact profits. Counsel & train team members to impact productivity & profit. Oversee estimating & billing to maximize profitability.

Job Requirements:

2 years of vocational training in Collision Repair or similar field (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of work experience in the Job Offered, as a Management Consultant, or related. Some work experience required with the following software: 1) Estimating software: Audatex, Mitchell, Truck Est, Truck Writer, Quapter , CCC One, and Adjustrite. 2) Booking Software: Smart Sheet , Lucid Chart, BE Slick, and Karmack Fusion. 3) Accounting software: Sage, Quicken, and Quick books. 4) Office Software: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Power Point. 5) Frame software: The Shark 360, Pro V, Sonic 360, Meridan Live Mapping and Auto Scan.

"Travel 20% travel required to attend career fairs to find and hire employees and to visit customer shops to inspect damaged vehicles, trucks and trailers in order to put an estimate together and also help develop and grow the company's business. Telecommuting permitted one day per week.
