Equipment Operator for Residential & Commercial Excavation

Salary: $46,000 - $96,000/yr (Based on Experience & Hours Worked)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operate Heavy Equipment: skid steer, loader, excavator, dozer efficiently and safely

Operate Jumping Jack

Use shovel to dig trenches and holes of specified length, depth and width, around utilities remove loosened material and put in piles or transport trucks

Digging basements and trench to grade and filling them back in with proper compaction

Installation of water, sewer, drain tile and septic systems

Waterproof and damp proofing of basements along with insulation of basements

Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning

Other manual labor and duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Key Selection Criteria:

Willing to cross train

Must possess a valid drivers license

Ability to lift 40 lbs or more

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong mathematical ability

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Spanish is a plus
