2007 Dodge Grand Caravan handicap van

This was a fleet vehicle, so there is a folder full of maintenance records. Fairly new battery, fresh oil change, and brand new rear tires. Manual wheel chair ramp, so nothing can go wrong with it. Tie-downs included as pictured. There is some body rust, but the interior is in great shape. Runs well, always started, and goes down the road smooth. Everything works, including both power sliding side doors, heat, A/C, etc.

This was a very well-running vehicle until the transmission module went out. That TCM and main fuse box/computer were replaced and now the vehicle is in a no-start condition. My scan tool is not able to reset the vin in the replacement computer to match the van and clear the P0513 "Invalid SKIM Key" code. It is currently in an electronically locked condition and will not start. If you can reprogram it here, drive it home. Otherwise, plan to bring a trailer.
