2001 Springdale Clearwater Edition 5th Wheel Camper. Model 249BH. Has been a great camper for us, we just upgraded. Everything works as should. Has 2 bunks in the back along with a dinette and jack knife sofa that turn into sleeping spaces. Has a queen short up front. We do have the mattress for it, we just have it inside from the winter yet. Has 1 - 16ft super slide. Awning works, its just peeling a bit. We used it every time we went camping. Camper is still winterized. $4,600 OBO.
