Space open for couch or recliners - great spot for a twin XL bed, couch, or recliners. Two brown Ashley recliners go with the RV. Good shape. No tears or wear.

Space for Twin XL mattress in main room in the slide, can be switched back to full, queen, king - was opened up for more walking space. Can be transitioned back to queen or king. I have a contractor that would be able to complete.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher can be hooked back up, in working order, winterized. Not hooked up as an additional water source that I didn't use.

Roof - no leaks, roof is in good condition, new coat of EPDM this fall.

New Krause Forteza 33" Drop-in Sink (7/23) and faucet.
