1970 Catalina 22 foot Swing Keel Sailboat

tough as nails - bare - in need of someone to love it and give it TLC.

Have sails, mast, and rudder.

No hull damage

Trailer in great shape.

Nearly new tires. Have only a few hundred miles on them & then sat for a few years. (Though I covered them from the sun and rotated them occasionally to reduce sagging)

Outside has been power washed (carefully) a few years ago.

Inside needs TLC & is bare.

Drop keel. The mechanism needs a new pulley.

Easy repairs - easy to sail - please come get it as it needs to be off the property its at.
